Terms of Service

The short version

Bentolink gives you a link-in-bio page. Use it responsibly and legally, don’t use it for phishing, scams, or anything harmful, and you keep ownership of what you post. Paid plans are prepaid through manual GCash and don’t auto-renew. We can remove pages that break these rules. The service is provided as is, and Philippine law applies. The full terms are below.

Who can use Bentolink

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bentolink. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian is aware of and agrees to your use. By creating an account you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you’ll keep it up to date.

Your account

• You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account.
• Tell us right away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
• Some usernames are reserved. We may reclaim or change a username that impersonates someone, squats on a brand, or is used abusively.
• One person or organization is responsible per account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Bentolink to:

• Phish, scam, defraud, or impersonate another person or business.
• Host or link to malware, or to illegal content.
• Harass, threaten, or promote hate or violence against others.
• Post sexual content involving minors, or other content prohibited by Philippine law.
• Send spam, or collect other people’s personal data without their consent.
• Infringe someone else’s intellectual property or other rights.
• Break, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service, or try to get around its security or limits.

Anti-phishing is core to what Bentolink is for, so we take violations here seriously.

Your content and your page

You own the content you put on your page (your display name, bio, tiles, links, images, and any details like a GCash number you choose to add). You give Bentolink a limited license to store, host, and display that content only so we can run your page and the service. You are responsible for your content and for anything you link out to, and anything on your public page is visible to the world by design.

Payments, plans, and trials

• The core of Bentolink is free. Paid plans (Basic and Premium) unlock more features.
• Every new account starts with a 7-day Premium trial. You are not charged automatically when it ends.
• Paid plans are prepaid through manual GCash and do not auto-renew. Your plan activates after we manually confirm your GCash payment, so keep your reference number and receipt.
• Prices are in Philippine pesos and may change. We’ll show current pricing before you pay.
• Because plans are prepaid and digital, fees are generally non-refundable except where Philippine law requires otherwise.
• Bentolink never holds your money. GCash payments from your visitors or buyers go directly between you and them; those transactions are your responsibility, not ours.

Availability and changes to the service

Bentolink is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and there may be downtime for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We’ll try to give notice of major changes, but we can’t guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove a page or account that breaks these terms, especially for phishing, fraud, or abuse, and in serious cases we may do so without prior notice to protect others. You can stop using Bentolink and delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. When an account is terminated, its public page stops being served.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bentolink is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for third-party sites you or your visitors link to, nor for any dealings (including GCash payments) that happen directly between you and your visitors or buyers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bentolink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we’ll update the date above and, where practical, add a notice. Continuing to use Bentolink after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
